One day I was talking with another trainer and we were discussing that you can do ab exercises everyday. so naturally me being the exercise enthusiast that I am I decided to try it. Doing the Ab challenge Combined with Proper nutrition you should expect to see results.
You are what you eat. The main thing here is to remember you cannot just eat whatever you want whenever you want and expect to have abs.
