ABS Everyday? The Sarah B Ab Challenge

One day I was talking with another trainer and we were discussing that you can do ab exercises everyday. so naturally me being the exercise enthusiast that I am I decided to try it. Doing the Ab challenge Combined with Proper nutrition you should expect to see results. Β 

You are what you eat. The main thing here is to remember you cannot just eat whatever you want whenever you want and expect to have abs.
